• The product has been used outdoors or extensively tried on
• The product is damaged due to improper handling by the customer
• The return request is made after the allowed refund period


Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable
• Customers must ensure safe and secure packaging when returning items
• Any damage during return shipping will void the refund eligibility

• Inspection is done to verify condition, usage, and authenticity
• If the product meets refund conditions, the refund will be approved
• If the product fails inspection, the refund request will be declined

• No cash refunds will be provided


Exchanges (Optional Alternative)

• Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund

• Same return conditions and shipping responsibilities apply


Custom-Made & Special Orders

Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds
• Refunds will only be considered if there is a manufacturing defect
• Any approved defect-related refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis
